  Great service when I visited today, couldn't have been greeted warmer and treated with the utmost respect. Spoke to me about wedding bands and they found me the material to suit my lifestyle. Reasonably priced when compared to the more well known chains but with higher quality. Definitely visit again

  Extremely disappointed with the service and customer service I have received from City Jewellers. I sent in a watch to be polished and it was made clear and agreed that I needed the watch back for a specific date as it was a birthday present. I took the watch in 3 weeks prior to the birthday. It was supposed to be back on 5th April, I called to see if it was in and it wasn't, I was then told it would be back on 8th, I called again to check and was told it still wasn't back. The birthday was on the 9th. Received a call on the morning of Monday 10th to say watch was ready. When I went to collect the member of staff was extremely rude and told me that the return date was only approximate and I had been informed of this. I hadn't been informed of this and made it clear that I wouldn't have left the watch at all if I knew it wasn't going to be ready for the agreed date. Granted the watch has been polished up lovely but I won't be using this company again.
