  Really efficient service - I 'phoned about a dishwasher on Saturday when all the suppliers were closed, but had a call back on Monday with a price. Machine was fitted on Wednesday. I went to M&I because I've bought an appliance from them before and had a really good experience. The lady in the shop is really helpful and the guys who do the fitting, Jack and Terry, are brilliant. They are friendly and polite and we were able to just leave them to get on with fitting the machine. They also had to empty the cupboards to get at the water and electrics and put everything back (tidier than they found it!). I could have got the same machine £10 cheaper online, but service from M&I was well worth the extra. And beware of comparing online fitting prices with these guys, particularly the online small print. The online sites I looked at all charged extra for removing the old machine and an another extra if they have to disconnect it. More importantly, all the online prices I looked excluded integrated machines. M&I's price included everything, as they put it "except loading the dishes".
