  Following a free eye test, and without any reference to my current prescription which I later found out that my old glasses were fine - my glasses arrived as reading glasses not what I ordered. Then my glasses arrived with the wrong frames - I was blamed for agreeing to the wrong code number being put on the order form. I explained that I couldn't have agreed the code as I couldn't read it without my glasses. After asking to see the manager who was even less helpful than the assistants, I ordered another pair - this time wrong lenses not photo-chromatic. Finally went on holiday the next day and found that the glasses kept falling off my head as this was never checked.
