    Really excellent service from the bathroom/kitchen design team and the sales team also went out of their way and loaded up my car for me. A great place!

    Really poor customer service. Several people say they will ring you back and they don't. Since the original post Hayley has been i touch with me and together with Michael the plumbing manager have managed to get the part for me. I am very satisfied now and accepted that my previous service as not the norm. thanks to Tippers for putting it right so quickly
