Then suddenly blurts out 'are you even going to buy something' I found this very rude and uncalled for . I would like this to be recognised and action to be taken. Thank-you .

Will not be retuning to a tresspass again very annoyed with the matter! I would strongly advise you look into who you hire and take action in this matter.
